Do I need an IEC to use this service?
No. You do not need an IEC, company registration, or any Indian export license. We export under our own licensed Indian entity on your behalf.
Who pays the Indian supplier?
We pay the Indian supplier from our Indian bank account after receiving your advance payment, invoiced under our company with proper GST billing.
Can I use my own shipping agent?
Yes. You can use your own freight forwarder or we can arrange logistics through our trusted partners.
What documents do you provide?
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and destination-specific documents.
What is your service fee?
Mutually agreed before each transaction based on value, complexity, and destination. Contact us for a quote.
Are you responsible for product quality?
